A replica of an actual home, complete with roof, water heater, plumbing, electrical wiring and appliances, has been constructed on the premises for training purposes.

This home is specifically designed to train AmeriSpec business owners and inspectors on what to look for when performing a home inspection. Parts of the house such as the entire kitchen, the garage door, and the lights in the front lawn are fully functional.

Used water heaters, furnaces and air conditioning units from real homes are brought into the training center classroom, giving inspectors the opportunity to examine these important home systems. This state-of-the-art facility provides new AmeriSpec business owners and inspectors the training needed to make them the best in the industry.

AmeriSpec Calgary's home inspectors are both certified to perform inspections. At AmeriSpec of Calgary Northeast we abide and exceed three organizations home inspection standards which are ASHI, NACHI, and CAHPI. Meeting these standards of practice for home inspections is difficult but we go further than these which help our clients determine the best course of action after the home inspection.
