This attic had a fire in it at one point and the owner had no idea. The white paint and charred sheathing make for interesting situations	This firewall in a duplex was framed but the drywall between the units was missing.	This is leakage from around a chimney.
The furnace exhaust in this attic is disconnected. In the middle of winter this attic will look like a freezer that needs to be defrosted.	The sheathing in this townhouse was iced up. This was due to the soffit ventilation being blocked with insulation.	The roofer decided not to cut this roof vent into the attic
A ceiliing is redone and no vapor barrier or insulation is installed prior to the drywall going up. No the ceiling needs to be redone.	Exhaust fan pipes from bathroom fans should be insulated to prevent condensation problems from occuring.
