This pedestal sink was not properly installed and was loose when any weight was put on the top of it.	This tub surround was checked with a moisture meter to find out 63% moisture resided behind the tiles.	Common sink problem. The metal sinks like to rust out at this area.
Fairly new house with a poor shower surround. We can see wood behind the tiles inside the shower stall. This will easily let water into the wall cavity.
