This front porch post is missing a bottom portion and bricks have been added.	Improper hangar installation for this deck. Hangars should never be screwed throught he siding.	This is one of the supports for a deck I found. This had no beam installed under the joists for support.
It is nice to install a beam for a deck but if the joists don't contact it then it serves no purpose	No ledger board or flashing for one. This deck was connected to the house through the siding.	Missing gaurdrails are common place but should be installed properly.
This deck has no beam installed. They are relying on the outer joist to support the entire deck.	Notice the missing post in the middle of the rear beam.	The large crack that is present is due to the porch pulling off the house. This was the result of the missing post piece at one of the first pictures
A breezeway was enclosed improperly and leaked inside and under the coating.	Wood rot is deck enemy number one.
