Heater Exhaust
This installation will allow water to penetrate at the bottom where the siding starts again
Window Well Unfinished
There is no weeping tile or gravel in this window well.  These are essential
Fascia Trim
The rake board cladding was pulled off this house
Chimney
This chimney was falling apart literally.  The mortar and brick was loose at several areas.
Missing Window Well
Windows below grade should have window wells to ensure they do not allow water to penetrate
Trim Pulling Away
The bottom of the rake board partially pulled off the house
Imporper Exhaust Venting
This high efficiency exhaust was not installed correctly and allow alot of condensation back into the house
Concrete Stairs Crumbling
Old concrete stairs falling apart
Exposed Gas Line
Exposed gas line.  This is serious safety concern.  Imagine if someone hit that.
Bulged Wall
This is looking down the wall in the next picture.  The blocks are not filled this can allow water into them which will lead to deterioration. 
Large Crack and Leaning
Large crack in a retaining wall with displacement.  Expensive to fix. 
Grading Issue
The grading on this lot looks good except that at the front of the house it was higher than down the sides.
