Severe deterioration of the roof shingles	An individual equipped with spiked boots or shoes decided to walk up the shingles. They took pieces as they walked.	The spot where snow is located is a low area. This is either rot or damaged sheathing.
This flue does not have a flashing around it. This will leak.	This electrical mast is not flashed properly.	No step flashing observed under this overhang. Snow will blow into this area and it will leak.
A kick out flashing is installed but does not extend far enough to allow the water into the gutter.	/a> I think someone forgot to instal the flashing on this vent.	Missing roof vent.
PIne Shake Roof. The dark spots are rotten shakes.	A collection of tiles decided to slide out of place on this roof.	This roof they did not stagger the shingles on the first row so the key ways lined up. Now there is sheathing damage.
